Sofia Garza-Klein
WOW attendee → DSP → Empower presenter → E4 Level Up → employer-funded project manager
Sofia attended her first WOW exhibition out of curiosity — she was drawn to the creative technology on display but didn't see herself in tech. Through DSP, she discovered a talent for storytelling and organization. Her Empower-stage presentations demonstrated natural project leadership. Through E4 Level Up, she connected with a creative technology firm that recognized her skills and offered her an employer-funded project management role.
“My DSP story got me my first interview. My portfolio from Get Creative! got me the offer.”
